Adriana is an RYT200 certified yoga teacher, Certified Sound Therapist through Sound Healing Academies rigorous diploma program (200+ hours of education plus 40 hours 1:1 case studies audited by certified teacher) and Member of ISTA, the International Sound Therapist Association. She does not take lightly the immense responsibility it is to hold space for others while they embark on their personal journeys through these healing arts. It is with that in mind, that she continues her education and her own practices, to ensure that she is passing on these sacred modalities in the most responsible way. She is extremely passionate about blending ancient intuitive knowledge with modern research to help all people understand the value these practices can bring to their daily life.

Before her own wellness journey started Adriana attended Marymount Manhattan college as a musical theatre major, and was performing on stage before a chronic illness halted that path. Knowing that sharing music with her community was her calling she began teaching and working for Music Together at their national headquarters. She is passionate about sharing how music, tone and vibration not only affect our mental state, but the profound effects it has on the physical body and has shared this with numerous workshops and presentations for corporations, community education programs, schools, libraries and camps.

On a personal note, engaging with the community is profoundly important to her, until a recent break she volunteered as a CASA (court appointed special advocate) for children in the foster care system and has also volunteered at Homefront, bringing yoga to their littles.
